Coming into UIC I knew I wanted to look a fraternity and after joining Kappa Pi Beta I’m more than honored to call myself a brother. I was pretty insecure and stuck in my ways when I first came to KPiB. However, with all of the adversity our line faced together and the support from my Big, Class Dad, and Class Mom, I realized I could do so much more with these people I can call Brothers. I’m so grateful of everything that this fraternity has taught me about Brotherhood, Dedication, and Perseverance. I’m thankful for every opportunity this Fraternity has given me; in order to be the best version of myself. Words cannot express how meaningful and how huge of an impact this organization has had on my life. Kappa Pi Beta does not give you friends, it welcomes you into a family. My line brothers, my big brother, my educator, both my class dad and mom, are all such amazing people. I’m so lucky to have such a tight bond and an amazing relationship with each and every one of them. The gentlemen of this organization are held to a higher standard. The Brothers of KPiB guide and nurture young men to prepare them for what the future holds. I’m proud to stand side by side amongst these men and make a positive change in the world. These men inspire. These men lead. We are Kappa Pi Beta.
